challenge your social anxiety
I’ve tried it. You’ve probably tried it. And now you’re here! What works is exposing yourself incrementally and intentionally.
That’s what you’re going to do now.
Say hi to “Veronica” – my social anxiety alter ego
Each task is intentionally designed to challenge all the different pieces of your social anxiety. Yes, you’ll have to engage with people on some tasks, but you’ll be challenging yourself internally on others.
Each task has a reflection page attached to it. It’s just as important to reflect back and debrief on your experience with the tasks as it is to check them off. In that white space, you get to expand yourself while simultaneously minimizing your social anxiety.
This is an editable PDF download, so you can write down your thoughts directly after completing a task.
30 tasks with 3 difficulty levels each + 5 advanced ones (total 35 tasks). You’ll also get a bonus PDF with the 10 ways I’ve tested my social anxiety in my life.
I recommend you check off all the levels of a task before you move on to another one. This will help you “reach new levels” and give you the confidence to move on to the next task. It’s best if you don’t wait weeks between tasks as it might undo the effort made.
It’s not about the number of tasks, but what each one will give you in return. These tasks have been tested with the community and have been fully approved as a way to push the edge of your comfort zone.
These tasks will help you…
It’s no small feat to LITERALLY plant yourself out there and feel the social anxiety course through your body. Only confidence will be left after each task.
When you write down your thoughts and feelings as you go through the tasks, you’ll pick up on patterns and triggers to help increase your self-awareness.
Once you’re done with all the tasks, and the reflection pages, you can look back and see how far you’ve come on your journey. Get ready to be amazed.
10 Ways I Tested My Social Anxiety
Go behind the scenes with me
I’ve done many cringe things throughout my journey with social anxiety (running around the Louvre with a red wig on, to name one), and I want to let you in on the rest. Here are the 10 most powerful experiences that have gotten me to where I am now – you’re the first to know!
Probably. You can find anything for free online! These tasks were thoughtfully selected for maximum impact (some are original!) with a reason behind each. The workbook has a whole page dedicated to each task so you can write down your thoughts and feelings.
No. You can do any of the tasks at any moment in time. It’s suggested to not space them out too much as it will lose the effect it’s meant to have.
Congratulations! At this point, you’ll probably feel more comfortable with your social awkwardness. You’ll want to keep pushing yourself. The challenge at that point is to keep exposing your social anxiety on a frequent basis.
Unfortunately, since this is a digital download, there are no refunds. If you want to test it out first, you can sign up for an upcoming free 5-day social anxiety challenge to see what it’s about.
